What’s your wellness score?

About the Wellness Assessment

The Wellness Assessment is a snapshot on where you are today in your life as relates to your mental, spiritual, physical, and emotional well-being. It’s followed by a questionnaire (sent via email) that helps us to discover exactly how ready you are for the type of mentoring I offer.

The outcome of your Wellness Assessment plus the Questionnaire give me a great sense of where you stand and if we would be a great match to set you up for some personal mentoring.

Once you’ve completed both items and they’re submitted to my office, we will be back in touch with you to see if we can offer you a FREE 30 MINUTE MINI-WARRIOR MENTORING SESSION! During that session we will get to know each other and determine if we are the best fit for mentoring.

(A quick note about the Wellness Assessment: your score on this does NOT determine if we work together–it is simply a way for me to better know you and understand your current space in life. There are no right or wrong answers!! It’s all about YOU and your current experience!)
