Shhhh . . .Let me tell you a little secret about exercise that I learned from my spiritual studies . . . yes exercise is good for the body. Yes people who exercise tend to have more fit and nice looking bodies. But those are not the best reasons for doing it . . . you need to exercise and move your body because it is a grounding force for your soul. Movement–the connection of the soul’s rhythm to the body’s activity–welcomes your soul fully into all of the cells of your body causing the illumination of both body and soul . . . Almost all people who are highly accomplished and living life fully incorporate exercise into their lives. Now get up and go dance . . .
